Welcome to Studio348. Since 2001, I have been helping women improve and change their lives through fitness instruction and proper nutrition. My experience began with my own weight loss journey, 17 years ago.

I began dieting and exercising in the 6th grade and was very unsuccessful with both for several years. At age 16, I went to the doctor hoping for a slow thyroid so I could simply take a pill and cure my “problem.” To my dismay, my thyroid was fine, but unfortunately I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes. I was told that if I “didn’t change my ways, I wouldn’t live to be 30 years old.”

Two years later (yes it took that long), I hired a personal trainer who changed the entire direction of my life. I lost 65 lbs. and realized that the The 3 C’s, Consistent Exercise, Clean Eating, and Caring Accountability were the key to sustainable weight loss. I stand by that message today. I’m well into my 30’s and have healthy blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugars.

I am the owner of Studio348. Here you will receive the same keys to weight loss that I received. My trainers and I will teach you how to use them to your full potential. Your workouts will be Consistent. You will learn to eat Clean. And most importantly, you will be held Accountable because we Care.
